These terms describe use of Zyadan games provided by the independent developer zyadan. Applicable consumer and data protection rights continue to apply.
Play fairly
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, impersonate others, harass players, or use the service for unlawful activity. We may restrict abusive activity to protect the service and offer a support channel to discuss account issues.
Accounts and virtual items
Protect your sign-in account and device. Guest recovery can depend on device and provider backup settings. Virtual coins, cosmetics and progress are game features; they are not a cash account and do not provide cash withdrawal or cash prizes. Purchase details and item duration shown in the game apply to each item.
Purchases
Where offered, Android purchases are processed by Google Play. Delivery depends on verification of the relevant purchase. Refund requests follow applicable law and Google Play processes; deleting an account does not automatically issue a refund. Contact support for missing delivery or purchase disputes.
Content and privacy
Only use a nickname or content you have the right to use, and do not disclose other people’s private information. Our privacy policy explains data processing and account deletion requests.
Availability and changes
Online games require compatible devices and a network connection. We maintain and may update the service; contact support about outages or loss of access. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
