Information we process

Account and authentication: player ID, sign-in provider identifiers and credentials needed to verify sign-in. Google or Facebook sign-in may provide basic profile claims, such as a provider-scoped identifier and display name. Guest accounts use a generated credential. Credentials are not requested through support email.

Game service: nickname, avatar and equipped cosmetics, friends, game progress, match results, rewards, virtual balances and related transaction records. Other players can see information needed for multiplayer play, such as your nickname and avatar. If you used an earlier version with messaging or avatar uploads, associated historical content may still need to be addressed.

Purchases and support: Google Play purchase identifiers, product and delivery status, feedback you submit and correspondence you send us. We do not receive your full payment card details from Google Play. Network connections and troubleshooting can involve IP address, app version, connection time and error or security records.

Why we use this information

We process information to create and authenticate accounts, run multiplayer games, save progress, provide purchases and rewards, answer support requests, and protect the service against misuse and fraud. Processing is limited to these purposes and applicable legal requirements. Optional processing that requires consent is subject to the applicable consent choice; a privacy policy alone is not a substitute for required consent.

Service providers and sharing

The game backend, database and backups are hosted with Alibaba Cloud in Frankfurt, Germany. Cloudflare provides security, network delivery and storage for public game assets and this website. Their processing can involve infrastructure in other countries.

Google services support Google sign-in, Google Play purchases and, on supported devices, guest credential backup/restoration through Block Store. Facebook handles Facebook sign-in when you choose that sign-in option. Email requests are handled through the Gmail support mailbox. These services process information under their applicable terms and privacy policies.

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose limited information when necessary to provide the requested service, comply with a valid legal obligation, protect users, or investigate fraud. Cross-border processing must meet applicable safeguards; hosting the game backend in Germany does not mean every service provider processes data only in Germany.

Retention and deletion

Game account information is retained while needed to operate your account, until it is deleted in response to a verified request or is otherwise no longer needed. Support correspondence is retained while addressing the issue and any necessary follow-up. Security and transaction records are retained only for their relevant purpose and any applicable legal obligation or unresolved dispute.

You can request deletion through the account deletion page or the support email. We verify account ownership, identify data to remove and explain any specific lawful retention exception and its duration. Backup copies and service-provider copies are included in the handling process; an application receipt confirms a request, not completed deletion.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to or a copy of your personal data, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent for consent-based processing. You may also raise a complaint with the competent data protection authority. Contact the support email to exercise a right without providing passwords or sign-in tokens. We normally respond within 30 days and explain any legally permitted extension.

Security

We use access controls and secure transport to protect information. Please protect your device and sign-in account, and avoid sharing login credentials. No security method provides an absolute guarantee.

Children

Zyadan is not designed specifically for children. If you believe a child has provided personal data improperly, contact us so we can investigate and address it under applicable requirements.

This website

This website does not use advertising, tracking pixels or client analytics scripts. Cloudflare necessarily receives connection information to serve and protect the site. Email buttons open your email service; no request is submitted until you send that email. The website does not ask you to enter a game password or authentication token.
